Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
SCOVENA Technical Solutions respects the privacy of website visitors and people who contact us. This policy provides a general overview of when data may be processed through the website and how we aim to protect it.
1. Website structure
The SCOVENA website is a static corporate information website. It does not contain a web form that directly submits your data to us. Clicking an email link only opens your email application; no email is sent to SCOVENA until you choose to send it. The Excel request form is downloaded to your device and is processed by SCOVENA only if you complete it and send it to us.
2. Data that may be processed
- Identity, contact, company and service-request information that you send by email or in the request form.
- Technical access/log data that may be generated by the hosting infrastructure for delivery and security of the website.
- A local preference value stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice.
3. Third-party services
The website is delivered through hosting infrastructure. Hosting, domain, email and similar technical providers may process limited technical data required to provide their services, according to their respective roles and contractual arrangements. SCOVENA aims to avoid unnecessary third-party tracking tools and to limit data sharing to what is relevant for the stated purpose.
4. Analytics and advertising
This version of the website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar advertising/analytics tracking tools. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are added in the future, users will be informed and an appropriate consent/preference mechanism will be implemented where required by applicable law.
5. Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are intended to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse and unlawful processing. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Retention
Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized as appropriate.
7. Rights and contact
For more detailed information about personal-data processing and your rights under KVKK, please read the Personal Data Processing Notice. You may contact us at info@scovena.com.
