Personal Data Processing Notice (KVKK)

This notice explains the processing of personal data when you contact us by email, make a quotation or service request, or download, complete and send us the request form. It is an English convenience translation of the Turkish KVKK notice. In case of inconsistency, the Turkish version should be reviewed as the primary notice.

1. Categories of personal data

• Identity and contact data: name, surname, email address and phone number.
• Company and business data: company name, role/contact person information and site/location information.
• Request and transaction data: service type, equipment/system information, requested date, quantity, explanations and technical documents you choose to provide.
• Limited technical data relating to website access, such as access/log information generated by hosting and security infrastructure.

Please do not send special-category/sensitive personal data that is not necessary for your quotation or service request.

2. Purposes of processing

• Responding to communications and assessing your request.
• Preparing quotations, clarifying service scope and managing process communication.
• Identifying suitable solution partners and coordinating the requested service process.
• Maintaining records relating to requests, quotations and business relationships.
• Meeting legal obligations and establishing, exercising or protecting legal rights where necessary.
• Maintaining the security and proper operation of the website.

3. Collection method and legal grounds

Personal data may be collected directly from you through email, the Excel request form that you complete and send, telephone or similar electronic communication channels. Depending on the relevant processing activity, processing may rely on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), including necessity for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.

If a separate processing activity requires explicit consent, consent will be requested separately. This privacy notice is not a consent form.

4. Transfers

Where necessary for fulfilling the request, personal data may be shared with suitable service providers/solution partners, IT/email/hosting providers and legally authorized public authorities. Sharing is limited to the relevant purpose and to the minimum data reasonably required.

Where a transfer of personal data abroad occurs, the transfer requirements and appropriate safeguards under Article 9 of KVKK are taken into account.

5. Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose and for applicable statutory retention or limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized as appropriate.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the rights provided under Article 11 of KVKK, including requesting information about processing, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met, information about recipients, objection to certain automated processing outcomes and compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
